Who do I speak with if I have questions/comments/complaints?

You have questions and we work hard to have answers! Read through our FAQs and watch our Carnival 101 series to check if we’ve already got you covered! If not, please don’t hesitate to email us at reggaematicatl@gmail.com for a response within 24 hours. While we strive to provide excellent customer service, we do understand that we may fall short a time or two ☹, for urgent matters or complaints please call or text our CEO at (470) 236-2310.

When and where is carnival?

Reggaematic is a member of Atlanta Carnival Bandleaders Council (ACBC) and we participate in Atlanta/Dekalb carnival. Carnival road march will be held on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020 in the City of Stonecrest. Closer to the date we will post all information on time and meet up spot for that day so listen out!

What comes with the costume package?

Reggaematic’s all inclusive package consists of the following:

  • Unlimited Drinks
  • Tasty Caribbean Style Meals
  • Breakfast & Lunch
  • Delectable Snacks throughout the carnival route.
  • Roaming Reggaematic photographers to capture your Carnival memories
  • Road Music including Dancehall, Soca, Afrobeats, Zouk, etc. from top DJ’s
  • Reggaematic Goodie Bags- Filled with Souvenirs and Carnival must-haves.
  • Your costume shown on our registration page (shoes NOT included)

Where can I come sign up and see the costume in person?

You’re always welcomed at Reggaematic’s Headquarters to view costumes, get help with measurements, register, and hang out with us. Headquarters is also known as Mas Camp and hours may vary. Make sure you’re following us on social media @reggaematicatl for information on when we are open.

Mas Camp hours and operations

Reggaematic Headquarters/ Mas camp is located at 2442 Stone Mountain Lithonia Rd. Ste. N Lithonia, GA 30058. Hours will vary so be sure to follow us on social media @reggaematicatl for updated information.

How do I know my size?

Use your usual bra size, and bathing suit panty size. You can get your waist, bust to belt, and/or belt size using a standard tape measure at your local dry cleaners or stop by headquarters. We’ll post a video soon on how to take your own measurements at home if you can’t make it in and need a little help.

Can I mix and match costume pieces?

At this time we won’t be able to accommodate any additional upgrades or switching of costume pieces. The only option for change available is a backline bra in place of the frontline wirebra when you choose regular bra at time of registration as well as upgraded feather work by request.

Can I design my own costume?

Let our designers take care of that for you! We have 4 of the best designers that have created 4 awesome designs for you to choose from. Part of the carnival experience is going before judges and uniformity is key! Get creative with your shoe choice, body paint, make up, and hair so your individual style stands out.

When and where do I pick up my costume?

Costume distribution will be held during the week leading up to carnival at Reggaematic Headquarters aka Mas Camp. Specific dates and times to be announced so be sure to follow us on social media and check your email.

Can my family/friend jump behind the truck with me without a costume?

Uhhhh no! Try to encourage your squad to sign up and purchase a costume package along with you! We know playing mas isn’t cheap and we want everyone to enjoy all the exclusive perks of their purchased package. Drinks from our exclusive drink sponsors, catered meals from Seasoned by Seymour, and not to mention that feeling when you step into that sexy costume… Who wouldn’t want to experience that?

How can I make a payment?

You can make two payments here on our website, 50% due by March 17th and paid in full by April 14th, 2020. A more extensive payment plan is available upon request via email.

Can I get a refund?

Once registration is complete your spot will be held and production of your costume will begin. Monies paid will not be refunded but may be transferred to a new masquerader if you wish. If need be, please contact us via email and we’ll walk you through how to go about it. Failure to keep up with payments will result in forfeiture and your costume will be sold.
